Form and Size: A small tree

Distribution: Northern and eastern Qld and NT; in monsoon forest and open eucalypt forest

Leaves: Opposite, oval or egg-shaped, tapering and drawn-out at the base, tip pointed, about 6.5cm x 2.5cm

Flowers: White or cream, 5-petalled, small; borne on axillary panicles

Flowering Period: September to October

Fruit: Black, fleshy, about 0.5cm long

Cultivation/Notes: Propagate from seed
