Form and Size: Tall shrub or small spreading tree, with resinous young shoots

Distribution: A limited area in central Qld., centred on Clermont, in open forest

Phyllodes: Narrow, stiff, blunt, with a hooked point; 2-5cm x 0.2-0.4cm

Flowers: Golden yellow ball flowers, borne 1-3 in the leaf axils

Flowering Period: June to September

Fruit: Pods, narrow, straight, 4-6cm x 0.3- 0.6cm

Cultivation/Notes: Propagate from treated seed
